President & CEO
Jonathan Tkatch is the President & CEO of Harlo Financial. Jonathan is a licensed lawyer and practised law for eight years prior to founding Harlo Financial. He began his legal career at Cassels Brock & Blackwell in 2008, where his practice focused on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, continuous disclosure and Canadian public markets. At Cassels Brock, Jonathan also gained experience directly advising public company boards of directors and completing debt and equity financings in excess of $1 billion. He advised a variety of companies including REITs, utility companies, junior and senior mining companies and investment banks.
In 2013, Jonathan joined a boutique litigation practice. He has also practised real estate law and represented lenders in private mortgage transactions. Jonathan assisted in the administration, underwriting and management of a mortgage portfolio on behalf of a private lender. He obtained both his B.A. (Hons.) and J.D. from the University of Western Ontario in 2006 and 2009 respectively and is a licensed Mortgage Broker with FSRAO.
Jonathan has also been involved in a variety charitable causes including as committee member of the One Family Fund Golf Tournament, co-chair of the young professional United Jewish Appeal tele-thons, co-chair of the Chabad Bayview Golf Tournament, committee member and host of the SickKids Hospital Dinner Series, Team Captain of the Baycrest Pro-Am Hockey Tournament as well as volunteering and fundraising for these causes and a variety of other causes. He is currently serving on the board of directors of Oakdale Golf & Country Club as well as a member of the Club’s membership committee and management committee.

Director, Investments
Noah is the Director of Investments at Harlo Financial. Prior to joining Harlo Financial, Noah worked at BMO Capital Markets in their Real Estate Investment Banking Group where he worked across both M&A Advisory and Property Brokerage functions. Noah graduated Summa Cum Laude from Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Finance and minor in Strategy & Entrepreneurship.

President & CEO, Harlo Capital
Jeffrey Kimel is the President & CEO of Harlo Capital, where he leads the executive team and drives the firm’s growth strategy. He oversees capital raising, investment management, project acquisitions, and the pursuit of new development opportunities and partnerships.
In addition to his leadership at Harlo Capital, Jeffrey serves as a Director at Overactive Media and PolicyMe and is a Board Member of Shake Shack Canada.

Chief Financial Officer, Harlo Capital
Andrew Lepper is the Chief Financial Officer of Harlo Capital and Harlo Financial, bringing over eighteen years of experience managing real estate investments and financial assets for private and institutional investors. Prior to joining Harlo, he spent more than seven years as CFO of Freed Developments, where he oversaw financial reporting and provided strategic guidance across development, sales, and construction.
Earlier in his career, Andrew managed over $500 million in real estate assets for multi-employer pension and trust fund clients, representing more than $2 billion in total assets. He began his professional career as a public accountant in British Columbia.
Andrew is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a CPA, CGA. He holds a B.A. in History from the University of British Columbia and a Diploma in Financial Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
